Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately and your new limits apply right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Your existing links always keep working. You just won't be able to create new namespaces or shortcodes beyond the lower plan's limits.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan lets you try URLyte with no time limit. Paid plans don't have a separate trial — start free and upgrade when you're ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you're not happy within 7 days of your first payment, contact support@urlyte.com and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
